Include if relevant
- Your device model and iOS or Android version.
- The Doodle 4D app version.
- The drawing style/effect, sound setting, or export/recording action you were using.
- What you were trying to do and any error message shown.
- For purchase issues, whether you are trying to buy or restore lifetime access.
Purchase restore
If you bought lifetime access, open Doodle 4D, choose a locked effect or sound option, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Age rating, ads, and accounts
Doodle 4D is rated 4+. It does not show third-party ads and does not require account signup. Lifetime unlocks are handled by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
Safety and comfort
Doodle 4D is a creative relaxation app, not medical care. Stop using any effect that feels uncomfortable, dizzying, or too intense. Reduced-motion, dimmed-visual, audio-off, and haptic controls are available in Settings. For urgent or clinical support, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
